Public Sharing

The public sharing feature lets you create links to share your clan's statistics with members, recruits, and alliance partners. Showcase your chest activity while keeping sensitive data protected.

Quick Start

1. Go to Settings → Share Links
2. Click Create New Link – choose a memorable slug (e.g., "my-clan")
3. Copy the URL – share it in clan chat or Discord
4. Optional: Add a PIN – restrict access to members only

Why Share Your Total Battle Clan Data?

Navigate to Settings → Share Links (or Settings → Public Links).

Creating a Total Battle Clan Share Link

Step-by-Step Process

1. Click Create New Link
2. Configure the link settings:

PIN Protection for Sensitive Data

For member-only access, add a PIN:

Setting Up PIN Protection

1. Toggle PIN Protected when creating link
2. Enter a 4-6 digit PIN (e.g., "1234" or "777888")
3. Share the PIN separately with authorized viewers

How PIN Access Works

1. Visitor opens public link
2. PIN entry form appears
3. Correct PIN grants 30-day access (cookie-based)
4. Incorrect PIN shows error, allows retry

Security Tip: Change your PIN quarterly or when officers leave. Share the new PIN only in clan chat.

Managing Your Share Links

View All Links

The Share Links page shows:

Editing a Link

1. Click the link row
2. Modify any settings (name, expiration, PIN)
3. Click Save Changes

Note: Changing the slug creates a new URL. Old links will break.

Disabling vs. Deleting

Sharing Individual Member Profiles

Create direct links to specific player profiles:

From Members Page

1. Navigate to Dashboard → Members
2. Find the member
3. Click the Share icon
4. Copy the generated link

Note: Spaces in names become underscores. "John Doe" → "John_Doe"
